From previous years we know that the competition is though, and the projects that are accepted are generally excellent, innovative, scientifically sound proposals from excellent candidates (often they have a cum laude Ma).
The intention is that you write most of the proposal yourself, that is part of the (selection) process.
Furthermore, the topic of the proposed research should fit well with your and our expertise, background.
